Who am I?

I am a digital marketing expert, but more specifically, I am a growth hacker. I have a decade of experience launching and scaling companies.

A growth hacker’s primary goal is to produce substantial business growth in a short time on small budgets or no budget at all in many cases.

The road was tough, but I have accomplished the following during the years.

• Helped launch and scale multiple companies to 7-8 figures annually some even 7-8 figures monthly.
• Trained countless individuals.

My story

I wasn’t always a growth hacker training multiple people and generating sizable revenue for companies. My story starts in San Francisco.

I traveled to San Francisco on a Greyhound bus from the east coast. At the time, I had $2,000 dollars, that it.

I traveled to the bay area after college to be surrounded by the best and brightest minds in the tech world.

$2,000 dollars does not go far in San Francisco. I was under pressure to find a job before my funds ran out.

Unfortunately, it took me longer than expected to land a role since I didn’t have any experience being fresh out of college.

I use to stay in hostels while I was job searching. Many times I had to choose between housing or food for the day.

My family had no clue about the struggles I endured. Embarrassed, depressed, self-doubting, I’ve been there. 

I spent most of my days in the San Francisco public library applying to jobs and reading to expand my knowledge every day.

For 3 months this was my life. I had no direction on a specific field within tech. I would read about topics that I naturally gravitated towards in the San Francisco public library which included:

• Coding
• UX design
• SEO
• Psychology
• Statistics

After learning how to build websites I approached local business owners to set up WordPress websites to make money. I made enough to eat daily and pay for extra days in the hostel.

At the time I didn’t realize I was educating myself in the foundational skills of growth hacking also known as growth marketing. The term growth hacking didn’t even exist at the time.

My life changed when I finally landed an entry-level position at a small startup.

I quickly learned how startups made something out of nothing. I learned how startups automated business through the use of inexpensive software.

The rest was history. I leveled up pretty fast and started to experience a great deal of success with digital marketing. I learned how to scale blogs and websites fast.

It is always darkest before the dawn. Whatever your battles are, I am here to inspire you and guide you to business success. Don’t make excuses. Make plans.

My plan was simple, even with all the hard times I experienced before my success.

I followed the G.R.O.W mindset to gain success in the digital marketing industry.

G.R.O.W stands for:

• Goals – What do I want to accomplish?
• Reality – How feasible are my goals?
• Obstacles – What roadblocks do I foresee?
• Will power – How can I push past the roadblocks?

I still live by those four principles, and they have never led me wrong.

I want aspiring entrepreneurs to realize the path to success is not as hard as you might think. It isn’t easy, but it surely becomes a lot easier from expert guidance.
